Conservatories
There are many different styles available when choosing the right conservatory and it is very important to choose the correct one as it can be a once in a life time investment.
A conservatory is no longer a simple room that gets used when there are visitors but now is also useful for dining, entertaining, games room, utility room, an office or even just a play room for children. The roof of your conservatory also needs to be chosen correctly depending on what the main use of your conservatory will be, you have the choice of having a glass roof where the easy clean option is available or a polycarbonate roof is the most common option and there are also many options of polycarbonate available.
The different conservatories are now explained.
Victorian: This is a traditional style which is used frequently and is recognised for its rounded front and roof.
Georgian/Edwardian: This style is the modern Victorian with the only visual difference being that it is rectangular making more internal space.
Sunrooms/Lean-to: These conservatories are ideal for a home of limited height like a bungalow and are usually rectangular with a low roof.
Gable/Sunburst: These are noticeable from there rectangular front which helps maximise the feeling of space they also let through the maximum amount of sunlight.
Lantern: This style is ideal for a large or traditional home to add that extra something special they have an extra tier of windows adding height to the structure.
